Salomon Editorial Review
The Salomon Elixir Activ GTX Outdoor Shoes have garnered generally positive reviews from users, highlighting their comfort and quality as standout features. Many customers have described them as a reliable choice for various outdoor activities, emphasizing their water resistance and warmth, which makes them suitable for winter use. The shoes are appreciated for their lightweight design, setting them apart from other brands claiming comfort. However, there have been some mentions of a noise issue when walking, reminiscent of a slipper sound. Although this was initially a source of concern, some users reported that the sound ceased after continued use, suggesting it may be a temporary issue related to breaking in the shoes. Customers also made note of the necessity to choose the right size, with several reviews advising potential buyers to pay close attention to sizing, particularly given the differences with other brands. Overall, the Salomon Elixir Activ GTX shoes seem to provide good value for money, combining quality Construction with comfort, although buyers should be mindful of potential sizing issues. **
