The reinforced, low-stretch polyester pressure band slides easily over an arm or leg, while the durable buckle allows quick release and reattachment for use in confined spaces. A patented indicator wedge beneath the windlass provides a visual reference to help confirm slack removal during application. The tourniquet features a patented aircraft-grade aluminum windlass rod with a textured grip for controlled tightening. Once applied, the windlass secures into the Tri-Ring Lockâ„¢ and Tourniquet Retention Assistance Clipâ„¢ (TRAC).
