- STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Our manhole cover lifter is constructed of steel for durability and load bearing capacity. Equipped with two 15.7 inch (40 cm) diameter solid tires, labor-saving, quiet, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant. The surface adopts high-temperature plastic spraying process, effectively preventing rust. The handle length and pivot point can be adjusted to adapt to the needs of idle work. The top is equipped with a 360 swivel hook for convenient operation
