Answer: Any spark plugs that fit will do the job. The spark plugs are going to outlast the car, so I wouldn't spend too much money on them. But after changing the spark plugs, I do notice the car runs smoother. -

Answer: They fit an Acura MDX 2005, 3.5. It seems to be the same engine. -

Do you need to buy the coil on plug boots separately? Or does it come with it?
Answer: The coil packs come just as you see them. It's 6 coils, one connects to each spark plug in your Honda Pilot, and then connect your wire harness. That's it. I bought these for my 2004 Acura MDX, and that's how I put them in. Hope my input was useful to you.
