TULA Foundation Primers Editorial Review
TULA Skincare Filter Primer, Blurring & Moisturizing Face Primer for Redness & Uneven Tone with Prebiotic Extracts, First Light - Non Tinted offers a unique blurring effect thanks to its light-infused pigments, contributing to a radiant look while hydrating the skin. Users appreciate its soothing properties, especially for sensitive skin, and find it works well as a base, even without makeup. Many have highlighted its ability to provide a natural glow that enhances makeup application without the heaviness of foundation. However, it is noted that the pump can be problematic, leading to product wastage due to difficulty in dispensing, which some users found frustrating.
