Many reviewers praise the mitt for its premium leather Construction, which not only provides durability but also speaks to the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Franklin Sports is known for. The glove fits snugly and molds well to the hand, instilling confidence during gameplay, particularly when catching high-speed balls. The mitt’s classic camel and brown color combination has been noted for its timeless appeal, making it suitable for a wide range of users from youth players to adults. Reviewers have commented on the excellent flexibility of the glove, with some noting that it comes nearly broken in right out of the box, allowing for immediate use—a significant advantage for younger players or those looking to get right into action. While the glove's weight has been a point of contention for some, most agree that its benefits far outweigh any drawbacks. Reviewers highlighted that, for a price that stands in the moderate range, the Franklin CTZ5000 offers features and performance that can compete with gloves priced significantly higher. Overall, customers feel that this glove is a worthy investment for playing baseball and serve highly functional in both casual and competitive settings.
