Nutritionist's Take
Santa Cruz Paleo Whey Protein Powder is a high-quality protein supplement that provides 20g of grass-fed whey protein isolate per serving, making it an excellent choice for muscle support, especially post-workout. Its gluten-free, sugar-free, and keto-friendly attributes cater to various dietary preferences, including paleo diets. The use of natural ingredients further enhances its appeal for health-conscious consumers. However, potential drawbacks include the presence of artificial flavoring and the absence of essential micronutrients that whole foods provide. Overall, while it can be a beneficial addition for protein intake, it should not replace whole food sources. For individuals focusing on muscle recovery and dietary restrictions, this product may be a healthy choice; however, moderation and balance with other nutritional sources are important.
Santa Cruz Paleo Whey Editorial Review
Santa Cruz Paleo Whey Protein Powder, Coconut Cookie, offers 20 G of grass-fed whey protein isolate per serving, making it an excellent choice for those following a paleo or keto diet. This gluten-free protein shake mix has no sugar added, providing a clean, wholesome option that many users find delicious. The coconut cookie flavor is pleasantly warm and subtly sweet, striking a perfect balance without the artificial taste often associated with protein powders. Reviewers appreciate its smooth mixing capabilities, even in water or almond milk, and its versatility in smoothies or yogurt. However, some note the coconut pieces may require a bit of caution while drinking, but overall, this product is highly recommended.
