Calcium Chloride, 2oz

This product is a liquid solution of calcium chloride that is suitable for various uses such as cheese making, crispy pickle canning, and tofu making. According to the product information, it contains 32% calcium chloride, and it is suitable for vegan use. Customers have asked questions about using it for different purposes such as skincare, and the answer always depends on the recipe. Using this product for canning pickle to keep them crunchy can be a substitute for the dry form of calcium chloride, but it requires adding a significant volume of liquid, which means adjusting other factors such as acidity and flavor balance. It is important to note that milk temperature when adding Calcium Chloride is not that sensitive, and no temperature range is recommended for its addition. Customers' reviews are mixed. Some have found the product easy to use, and some have used the product to make cheese in their home and found it excellent. But others have found it useless and ineffective, and some have commented on the product container's size.
