Shilajit Liquid (10%) is produced form Organic Glycerin USP and our�100% Pure Shilajit Resin�that is harvested and purified in the ecologically clean regions of the Siberian Altai Mountains, (10:1 ratio). The resulting product is a thick viscous�liquid at cooler temperatures. The product can be warmed up to about 100-140�F (50-60�C) to make it thinner and more pourable. Do not cook the product. Our Shilajit Liquid can be utilized in a variety of cosmetic formulations, creams, lotions, serums, etc. Just add it to the water base of the formulation. Recommended usage: 3-10%. This product can also be used directly on skin or diluted with more glycerin or water to a desired consistency.� What is Shilajit Shilajit is a sticky, thick, and dark substance found primarily in the high-altitude rocks of the Altaic, Himalayan, and other mountains. It develops over centuries from the slow decomposition of plants. Shilajit is usually known as Asphaltum, Black Bitumen, or Mineral Pitch in English and American culture. Other names that refer Shilajit in Ayurveda in other states within India includes Silajat, Shilajatu, Silajatu, Kanmandam, Saileya Shilaja, Mumiyo, Mumijo, Mumio, Moomie, Moomiyo, Punjabinum, Memiya, Shiladhatuja, Adrija, Shilasweda, Shilaniryasa, Asmaja, Asmajatuka, Shilamaya, Girija, Gaireya. After being properly purified, Shilajit is commonly used in ayurvedic wellness and beauty treatments.
