Metolius Climbing Holds Editorial Review
The Metolius Campus Rung Combo Kit 6 Pack has garnered highly positive feedback from users who appreciate its versatility and effectiveness for training. One customer highlighted that they were able to efficiently use the varying sizes of the rungs not just for traditional campus board workouts, but also for dead-hang exercises, which are crucial for finger strength training. The wooden material is reported to be particularly beneficial for these kinds of exercises, making it a preferred choice among climbers. Another user mentioned that this kit made a fantastic gift for a climber, who was thrilled with the ability to install the rungs in their garage for convenient training. The combination of two rungs of each size allows for a mini campus board setup, which offers a range of workout options in limited space - an appealing feature for those without enough room for a full-size board. Overall, the Metolius Campus Rung Combo Kit impresses both casual users looking to enhance their strength training and dedicated climbers seeking to improve their skills. The ease of setup and the ability to customize workouts makes it a favored choice for at-home training. **
