Crown Coatings 7008 Editorial Review
The Crown 7008 Brite Galvanize Coating is a metallic coating with 65% zinc content. It has a flat texture when dry and dries like paint. It can be used to restore original look and protect metals from rusting. The product can be repainted over and used as a primer. While it works well on boats, clam rakes, snowmobile trailers and running gears, it may not be suitable for certain items such as kitchen sinks. The product has received positive reviews, with customers using it successfully on boat trailers, trash cans, and welded hinge plates. However, one user reported that despite leaving it to cure for a week, the paint floated to the top as soon as the stock tank was filled up with water.
