Stansport LED Lantern 9-Inch,Red

The Stansport LED Lantern has garnered mixed reviews from customers, primarily due to discrepancies in the product specifications and concerns about its build quality. Many users highlighted that the advertised battery requirement of two D-cells is inaccurate, as the lantern actually needs four AA batteries. This misinformation led to frustration, with customers purchasing unnecessary batteries and navigating miscommunication about the product's operational needs. Aesthetically, the lantern receives marks for its charming design, which many users find visually appealing—ideal for decor or as a "tablescape" piece during events. The light emitted by the lantern has been described as bright, which enhances its functionality for parties or casual lighting situations. However, some reviewers remarked on its fragility, mentioning that the materials feel cheap and that battery installation can be frustrating, with at least one user experiencing a broken compartment door. Overall, while the Stansport LED Lantern presents an attractive option for decorative lighting and provides adequate illumination, potential buyers should be aware of possible assembly issues and incorrect battery information that might impact their experience. **
