Body-Solid Bars OTB100 Editorial Review
The Body-Solid OTB100 Olympic Shrug Bar seems to be a popular choice among customers who are experienced in weightlifting. One reviewer mentioned that they have been deadlifting for years and added this trap bar to their home gym. They appreciate its shorter length, which works well for their space, and have successfully lifted weights up to 405 pounds without any issues. The reviewer also mentioned using the bar for various exercises like chest supported rows, RDLs, and SDLs, noting the convenience of being able to load using the legs due to the open design of the bar. Another customer pointed out that the trap bar works as advertised but mentioned that it is somewhat unbalanced forward to back. They suggested a design change to improve the balance by having the handles closer to the frame side of the bar, as grabbing the handles off-center can affect the balance. Overall, customers praise the Body-Solid OTB100 Olympic Shrug Bar for being well-made, easy to assemble, and having a high 1000lb capacity. They appreciate the design that makes it easy to load, unload, and store the bar, making it a versatile and practical addition to a home gym. **
