Masterbuilt Vertical Smokers Editorial Review
The Masterbuilt 30 inch Digital Electric Smoker with Window has received mostly positive reviews. One user praises the temperature control and app, as well as the quality of the water pan and ease of cleaning the slide-out racks. However, the smoker capacity is limited and needs to be refilled every 30 minutes, which can be an inconvenience. To remedy this issue, one user purchased an additional smoker tray which worked out perfectly for smokes over an hour. Another user appreciated how easy the smoker was to use, it was foolproof and ran on an app from their phone. Their first attempt at smoking different recipes turned out perfectly which made for the best Christmas gift ever. Another user enjoyed the added aspect of using the side smoker to make cheese and poppers. A minor flaw was the latch on the door, which popped out, but was still functional. One user was not impressed with the Consistency in temperature and asserts that this smoker is not the best nor the worst they have used. However, this user recommends keeping the smoker at 275 degrees the whole time to ensure Consistent smoking.
