Overall, this is a great pan for single layer cakes and brownies, but not ideal for layering. It is a little more expensive than other pans, but it's worth it Considering the quality and practicality of the handles. However, users should be careful not to scratch the pan, and it's not recommended for meatloaf due to its shallow depth.
