Skylety Doll Making Skylety-Felt Top Hats-01 Editorial Review
The 8 Pieces Felt Top Hats are a great addition to any Christmas party or craft project. They are well made and come in a pack of 8, making them perfect for group activities. Customers have used them for various projects, such as snowman candy jars, snowman ornaments, and DIY globes. However, one customer pointed out that they are not actually top hats and look more like Mennonite hats with a round shape and a flat bill. Despite this, they still have a cute and well-made design that can add a nice touch to any holiday project.
