Prothane Transfer Case Components 6-1601-BL Editorial Review
The Prothane 6-1601-BL Black Transfer Case Mount Kit has garnered a generally positive reception from customers, particularly for its robust design and exact fit for various Ford vehicles. Users have noted that the mount kit is a direct replacement for original parts, which has made installation straightforward for many. Owners of classic Ford trucks, such as the 1977 highboy and the 1967-72 Ford F-250, report that the kit fits well and shows promise in terms of durability when compared to traditional rubber mounts. Several reviews highlight the sturdiness and stiffness of the material, with users expressing hope for long-lasting performance. However, there was a notable mention regarding the absence of bolts that were expected to be included as part of the kit, which has caused some inconvenience for at least one customer. Despite this minor drawback, the overall sentiment points towards satisfaction with the performance and reliability of the Prothane mount, making it a solid choice for those looking to upgrade or replace their transfer case mounts. **
