Some customers have reported that drill holes were missing in many pieces, and the slacks sent for under the bottom bunk were too short, as well as the drawers came with no support structure. Additionally, the bed does not offer much headroom for adults sleeping on the full-size bottom bunk, and the ladder can only be placed on one side, bolted in. The printing of the letters on the ends needs to be stamped a bit better for the directions.
