Answer: As long as you have bullet Style turn signal housing then you should be okay. Keep in mind that if you install the custom Dynamic LEDs it will shift the color from Gray to a blue tint. I know it sounds crazy but it happened to both of my sets. -

Answer: If the measurements are right yes they will, ordered them for my Breakout 2013, they fit better than HD.
