Washburn Mandolins M1SDLB-A Editorial Review
Washburn Americana M1SD, Mandolin offers an excellent blend of craftsmanship and tone. With its solid carved European spruce top and beautiful gloss black finish, this instrument is as visually appealing as it is sonically satisfying. Many users note the mandolin's warm sound and sustain, particularly favoring the unique tonal qualities of the oval hole design. The included D'addario J73 strings contribute to its rich sound, and while some mention the tuners could be better, they are functional for tuning stability. Players appreciate the build quality and the fact that even a minor setup is straightforward, making it a joy to play for hours without complaints.
