Alpine Mountain Gear Chairs CAD-AMGTRS-BL Editorial Review
The Tripod Stool Camp Chair by Caddis Sports Inc has garnered a mix of feedback from customers, highlighting its comfort, portability, and structural integrity in practical scenarios, particularly for tent camping or casual outdoor activities. Many users appreciate the chair’s height and stability, stating that it provides solid support for various weights. Its lightweight design (though some found it to feel heavier than its stated 2 lbs) and compact size make it a convenient option for events such as picnics or outdoor concerts. However, potential buyers should note that while this stool serves well for leisure uses, it may not be ideal for long backpacking trips due to its weight. The design includes a carrying strap, which is generally praised, although some customers found the carrying case to be less durable than hoped. The chair itself is easy to set up and takedown, requiring no complicated instructions. There were mentions of minor issues, such as slight wobbliness when fully set up and concerns about water pooling on the nylon seat if it gets wet. Some users suggested improvements, such as a mesh design for the seat and longer straps for packing. Overall, the Tripod Stool Camp Chair is well-received for short-term outdoor use, providing good value for those needing a portable seating solution. **
