Customer Questions & Answers

  • Question: What is the hardness rating of the Atom Pulse wheels?

Answer: The Atom Pulse wheels feature a hardness rating of 78A, which strikes an optimal balance between grip and durability. This hardness level is perfect for outdoor skating, providing good traction while also allowing for smooth rides across various surfaces. Skaters who frequent parks or outdoor rinks will appreciate the excellent control and comfort these wheels deliver during extended skating sessions.
  • Question: What are the dimensions of the Atom Pulse roller wheels?

Answer: The Atom Pulse wheels have dimensions of 65mm in diameter and 37mm in width. This size is ideal for outdoor skating as it allows for speed and agility without compromising stability. The wider width helps skaters maintain balance while the larger diameter provides a smoother ride over cracks and imperfections in pavement, enhancing the overall skating experience.
  • Question: Can I use these wheels for indoor skating?

Answer: While the Atom Pulse wheels are designed primarily for outdoor use, they can be used indoors on smoother surfaces. However, for purely indoor skating, choosing wheels with a harder durometer rating might provide better speed and responsiveness on polished floors. If you occasionally skate indoors, the 78A softness will offer a grip advantage but may slow you down slightly on very slick surfaces.
  • Question: What types of skates are compatible with these wheels?

Answer: The Atom Pulse roller wheels are compatible with quad skates that have a standard wheel hub size. Most traditional roller skates and many artistic skates can fit these wheels without any issues. This versatility allows skaters to easily upgrade their equipment for better outdoor performance, ensuring a smooth transition for those looking to enhance their skating experience.
  • Question: How many wheels come in a pack of Atom Pulse wheels?

Answer: Each pack of Atom Pulse wheels contains two sets totaling eight wheels. This is perfect for a complete quad skate setup, allowing you to replace all four wheels on your skates or have spares readily available. By providing a full set in one purchase, you can ensure uniform performance and aesthetics while enjoying your skating activities.
  • Question: What makes the Glitter Red color a popular choice?

Answer: The Glitter Red color of the Atom Pulse wheels is not just aesthetically pleasing but also enhances visibility, making skaters stand out in both street and park environments. This vibrant color adds a fun and stylish element to your skating gear, appealing to those who want to express their personality through their equipment. It's an ideal choice for skaters who enjoy making a statement while ensuring optimum performance.
  • Question: What surfaces are Atom Pulse wheels suitable for?

Answer: Atom Pulse wheels are primarily designed for outdoor surfaces, including asphalt, concrete, and packed dirt. Their soft 78A hardness allows them to absorb shock from bumps, cracks, and imperfections, ensuring a smoother ride. Skaters can confidently use these wheels in skate parks or on neighborhood streets, making them versatile for various outdoor skating activities.
  • Question: How do I maintain the Atom Pulse wheels?

Answer: To maintain your Atom Pulse wheels, regularly inspect them for wear and tear, and ensure they are tightened securely to the skate frame. Cleaning the wheels with a damp cloth can remove dirt and debris that may accumulate after skating. Routine maintenance will prolong the lifespan of your wheels and keep skates rolling smoothly, ensuring you get the most out of your outdoor skating sessions.
  • Question: Are these wheels suitable for beginners?

Answer: Yes, the Atom Pulse wheels are suitable for beginners due to their softer durometer rating of 78A, which offers better grip and control. This feature is particularly beneficial for skaters who are still mastering their balance and navigating turns. Using these wheels can help beginners gain confidence and enjoy a smoother skating experience as they learn the ropes of quad skating.
  • Question: Where can I buy Outdoor Quad Roller Wheels 78A Atom Pulse 65x37 Glitter Red / 2 Packs - 8 Wheels?
