COLAVITA Arborio FSRO30C Editorial Review

Colavita Superfine Carnaroli Rice is a high-quality rice that is popular among those who love to cook rice dishes. It has a light and fluffy texture that is different from long-grain rice. Carnaroli rice is a superior choice over Arborio rice for making risotto. It has a longer grain and is not as starchy and creamy as Arborio rice. However, some customers have reported that the rice did not release starch when they added stock for risotto. Overall, Colavita Superfine Carnaroli Rice is a delicious and tasty rice that is worth trying.
