Answer: The length of the bolt/thread is unknown, but it has a recessed nut. -

Answer: I'm not sure. You'll need to check the bottom bracket specs from your frame supplier. -

Do they fit on a normal 26 inch MTB wheel?
Answer: They are designed more for road bikes. MTB bikes typically have V brakes fitted to either side of the forks rather than the center. Without seeing your bike, I cannot say whether they might be suitable. In my case, I had to drill the back of the forks to make them fit my road bike. -

Answer: It is a pair. The length of the screw is unknown.
