Singer Button Fast Quick-Fix Button Replacement Tool with 60 Fasteners and 12 Buttons (01933)

The SINGER Fast Replacement Fasteners and Buttons offer a quick and convenient way to replace buttons on clothing. The fasteners can also be used to create a temporary stitch to fix blouse gaps. However, it should be noted that the buttons cannot be tightened to the fabric, and instead, they dangle from the shirt, which could be a potential drawback for some users. The product is made in China, which may be a Consideration for those who prefer locally made items. The tool reloads itself after each insert, but some users have found the length of the plastic piece that secures the button to be too long, causing the button to not sit securely on clothing. While the fasteners are not recommended for buttoning pants, they can be used to attach a button. However, users have reported mixed results when using the product for other projects such as comforters, with some noting that the plastic "stitches" are not strong enough to hold fabric together tightly and securely. It is stated that the product is safe for dry cleaning, but it's important to inform the dry cleaner that the items cannot be pressed and should be steamed instead. Overall, the SINGER Fast Replacement Fasteners and Buttons offer a convenient solution for button replacement, but the length of the plastic piece and the inability to tighten buttons to fabric may be drawbacks for some users. It is important to Consider the specific use case before purchasing this product.
