You can add one and not add concrete to the bottom section as that could cause rust in the future, you can store the extra pole and the in-ground sleeve will remain in the ground. A replacement part is available if needed, and if you are missing a part, customer service will help solve the problem. The instructions, while comprehensive, can be difficult to follow as they integrate three languages, and some of the screws may be missing. The installation, while time-Consuming, is worth the effort. The height adjuster is easy enough for an 8-year-old, and changing the height is a joy. However, the product is not without drawbacks as it can rust easily and is wobbly. Hurricanes are not a problem as long as the backboard is removed. Finally, this basketball goal is highly recommended, lasts for years, and is great value for the money.
