It is perfect for shin conditioning. One customer filled the bag with shredded cloth and 110 lbs of sand, making it weigh almost 180 lbs, but totally worth the money. The leather used to make the bag is of unique quality and far better than other bags bought previously. The gloves are also made up of the same type of leather, making it a complete set you need for boxing. However, one customer pointed out that the description didn't mention that the leather is made from genuine cowhide but rather bonded leather that contains real leather, but it is not entirely 100% leather. The gloves, according to the same customer, are 100% synthetic. They returned the product and suggested the seller should be honest with the product description.
