Answer: You can use it under deep fat fryers, crock pots, coffee pots, toaster ovens, and other electric appliances. -

There's rubber on the bottom of these. Does it discolor wood or stone after long use?
Answer: No it does not. -

Can this item be cut down?
Answer: Technically, yes. Aesthetically, no. The edges are rolled under for a “finished” look. Cutting it down would expose a sharp copper edge and the under layer foam mat. Not a nice look. They come in various sizes. I’m sure you could find a smaller size to fit your need. -

What temperature does it resist ? Can i put a traditional pressure cooker?
Answer: I purchased these to use under my air fryer to protect the counter top in my RV and it worked great. -

Can I use this on the stove top between burners?
Answer: I would not advise it unless your burners are far apart, the bottom and copper top will singe with high heat or open flame. -

Can I put something straight out of a 400 degree oven on to this?
Answer: Yes you can. That’s why I purchased them, to protect the counter tops from hot pans.
