Nutritionist's Take
Life-flo Pure Magnesium Oil Spray is derived from concentrated magnesium chloride sourced from the Zechstein Seabed, making it a high-quality product for topical magnesium supplementation. Nutritionists highlight that magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle relaxation, nerve function, and reducing muscle cramps, thus the spray may offer beneficial effects for those experiencing muscle tension or joint discomfort. However, potential drawbacks include skin sensitivity for some individuals and the need for regular application for noticeable effects. Additionally, while the product claims to promote calmness and relaxation, scientific evidence supporting transdermal magnesium absorption is still inconclusive. It's not a substitute for dietary magnesium sources. Overall, it can be a supplemental option for individuals seeking relief, but it's essential to consider personal tolerance and existing dietary magnesium intake.
