It is a wonderful product that is well engineered, made with quality materials and provides impressive speed brewing. The coffee maker is easy to use, even for those who have never made coffee before. It also makes the best coffee for those who love espresso. Users have commented that they have stopped buying coffee from Starbucks altogether. However, some users have noticed that the product can be hard to open, and the smooth wide bottom makes it hard to grip for arthritic hands. Some users have resorted to using a rubber jar gripper to get it open. It is important to ensure that the product is centered well since it is small.
