Nutritionist's Take
Eco Etch Pro Concrete Cleaner & Etcher is primarily a cleaning product and not intended for consumption. Therefore, nutritionists typically focus on its safety and environmental impact rather than nutritional benefits. This product claims to be a non-toxic alternative to traditional acids, which is a positive aspect for overall health, especially in minimizing exposure to harsh chemicals. However, it is essential to note that while it may be non-toxic, it does not provide any nutritional advantages as it is not a food product. Potential drawbacks include the possibility of allergies or skin irritation in some individuals due to its chemical composition. For households concerned about cleaning products, this may be a preferable option over harsher substances, but it is crucial to follow usage instructions for safety. Overall, while it is a safer cleaning choice for home use, it should not be evaluated on nutritional grounds.
EcoProCote Metal Polishes Editorial Review
Eco Etch Pro Concrete Cleaner & Etcher Dissolver, Non-Toxic & Safe,1 Gallon is designed for effective cleaning and etching of concrete, masonry, and decks. Users praise its biodegradable and non-toxic formulation, which has a strong organic acid content, making it twice as effective as phosphoric acid. One customer noted its effectiveness in removing efflorescence without harsh odors or skin irritation, making it a safe choice for indoor use around families and pets. However, it’s essential to understand that the product does not work well on surfaces that have been sealed, but its ease of application and powerful cleaning ability have led many to recommend it for various concrete surfaces.
