The BodyBoss Home Gym is a portable exercise system that uses resistance bands and a collapsible platform to provide a full body workout. The platform measures approximately 3' x 2' and has plastic discs on the bottom to protect floors. The resistance bands can be adjusted by pulling them through different ring combinations and clipping them to whichever is the end ring. Both the board and the bands come in different colors, depending on personal preference. The system is highly adjustable and can accommodate users of different heights and workout needs. While it may take some time to understand how the bands should be connected and how to increase resistance, after a few weeks, it becomes intuitive.
