    Answer: They are available at ninestarsusa.com. This is Model DZT-80-4. The replacement lid is Lid-4.

    Answer: You can certainly use other bags with this product as long as you get the appropriate size bag. A normal bag will fit for the most part exactly the same.

    Answer: There is no receptacle for an electric AC adapter.

    Answer: Yes, you can use the lid manually if needed. You can power it off and lift the lid by hand. We do, however, suggest not doing this too much as you can cause breakage to the lid.
