The cabinet comes with high-flow 120V fans and can be modified to swap out the fans for quieter ones. The exterior dimensions minus the wall thickness is approx 1.5-2" on the inside, making it suitable for any 19-inch equipment up to 28-29" overall depth. Despite being well-built to reduce server noise, several customers reported that the cabinet didn't offer enough ventilation, resulting in temperatures exceeding 40°C. The cooling fans can be replaced, but they are placed where noise isn't contained by the cabinet. This option offers great noise reduction, provided there's adequate ventilation. The instructions were criticised for being difficult to follow, and some pieces arrived bent or dented.
