Will these work in a Hiker grommet machine?
Answer: NO. These will not work in a Hiker grommet machine. -
Question:
Are these identical to c.s. Osborne brass plain rim grommets and washers size 2? Using same c.s. Osborne grommet setter?
Answer: No, these are self-piercing grommets and require a tool designed to set self-piercing grommets specifically. -
Question:
Will these work in an ARKSEN #2 grommet press?
Answer: We can only ensure that they will work with the tools and machines we produce ourselves. -
Question:
Are these for fabric? can they be used with a standard large grommet kit?
Answer: They can be used for fabric but may have difficulty with thick material. Not recommended for use with a standard large grommet kit. -
Question:
Will it punch through 2 to 4 layers of blue tarp? Also, can the grommet and washers be used with yescom 10mm pliers?
Answer: Without knowing the thickness nor the nature of the material, we cannot guarantee piercing through 2-4 layers of blue tarp. Also, cannot guarantee compatibility with yescom 10mm pliers. -

Answer: Yes, they can be used for outdoor curtains made from 10 oz. canvas but may require support for thin material. -

How long is the neck on these?
Answer: The neck on these grommets is short and not suitable for foam board. -

What is the material thickness range? I would be using on leather about 1.4 mm thick
Answer: The #2 self-piercing grommet should be suitable for leather about 1.4mm thick.
