In the FAQ, it is noted that the rotating headband can take some force to move and travelers may struggle to move it back into the vertical position for packing. The instructions can be incorrect as well, so contacting the seller or Amazon is recommended. The strength of the head strap is questioned, but the customer notes it held up well after a year's usage.
