TULIP Fabric & Textile Paints 20404 Editorial Review
Tulip Soft Fabric Paint, Washable, Stays Soft and Flexible, Permanent Paint, for Light and Dark Fabrics, 4 fl oz, Glacier White is a highly versatile fabric paint that delivers excellent results without the need for dilution. Users have praised its easy application, especially with stencils, and noted that it dries soft and flexible, making it ideal for various fabric projects. Many found it opaque enough with just one coat although several layers may be needed for rich, deep colors. The paint handles well and has minimal odor, making it suitable for those frequently modifying or painting fabrics. A barrier is recommended when working to avoid bleeding through, but the final finish is beautifully matte with a slight shimmer when layered selectively.
