Harney & Sons Matcha 32-1214 Editorial Review
The Harney & Sons White Peach Matcha has elicited mixed reactions from customers, with opinions swinging dramatically from glowing praise to harsh criticism. On one hand, some tea enthusiasts describe it as "off the hook good," appreciating its unique flavor profile when steeped correctly for three minutes. However, a significant portion of reviews indicates a less favorable experience, citing issues such as old and dark leaves along with a chemical taste that deviates from the expectations set by previous offerings, particularly the 4-ounce tin. The customer service aspect has also drawn negative reviews, where some customers were frustrated by the return policy, finding it inconvenient and expensive to return the product. Instead of processing a straightforward refund, customers reported being offered only a gift card, leading to dissatisfaction beyond the tea’s taste itself. Overall, while some may find enjoyment in the flavors of Harney & Sons’ White Peach Matcha, others strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution, highlighting notable quality inConsistencies and customer service issues. **
