Nutritionist's Take
Planetary Herbals Astragalus Jade Screen is a herbal supplement that primarily features astragalus root, known for its potential immune-boosting properties. Nutritionally, astragalus is recognized for its adaptogenic qualities, possibly helping the body cope with stress and supporting overall immune function. The product is often recommended for its high quality, as Planetary Herbals is a reputable brand known for rigorous sourcing and manufacturing standards. However, while there are promising health claims associated with astragalus, individuals should approach them with caution, as scientific research on its efficacy is still evolving. Potential drawbacks include limited comprehensive studies on long-term effects and interactions with medications. Furthermore, it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with autoimmune conditions or allergies. As with any supplement, consumers should consider their health needs, consult healthcare professionals, and combine such products with a balanced diet for holistic health.
Planetary Herbals Astragalus Editorial Review
Planetary Herbals Astragalus Jade Screen, 850 mg - 100 Tablets is designed to support immune defenses, with each serving containing a blend of traditional herbs including Astragalus root and Atractylodes Rhizome. Users highlight its effectiveness in boosting immune health, especially during the cold and flu season. The product is easy to swallow and free from unpleasant aftertastes. Many have reported a sense of well-being and increased immunity while using this supplement, particularly during stressful periods or when feeling under the weather. However, some note the recommended dosage of up to five tablets daily can be inconvenient, providing only a 20-day supply.
