Answer: Yes any coating can be applied on top of Rustzilla Rust Converter once it has been allowed to dry for at least 24 hours. -

Is the surface smooth or bumpy after this product dries on a rusted metal piece?
Answer: It is the same as what you are painting.... smooth surface smooth finish. Bumpy surface bumpy finish. Consistency of water. -

I have a painted steel storm door and there are many rust spots coming through the paint will this work?
Answer: Yes Rustzilla will work on any rusted metal. Make sure to knock off any big flakes off rust, and wait at least 24 hours if you decide to paint over Rustzilla. Rustzilla will also act as a primer. -

Does this come in a spray can?
Answer: Rustzilla doesn’t come in a spray can, but this products viscosity is thin enough you may put it into a small spray bottle. -

Can this be used on auto body?
Answer: Yes Rustzilla works very well on auto body rust. -
Question:
Would it be safe to use this on rust on the top surface of a table used for oxyacetylene welding?
Answer: I would not recommend Rustzilla for this project. The maximum temperature to use the product on is approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This type of welding generates temperatures significantly higher than that range.
