It could be challenging to install initially, with no clear installation guide provided. Trigon's customer service, being responsive and helpful, makes up for it, though. The rebounder comes with all the required screws and bolts that can be pushed through the metal poles until they are flush. The rebounder is sturdy, and even with two braces missing, it is still in excellent working condition. On the downside of receiving, the shipping box arrived with multiple holes, and some of the braces were missing, but Trigon's customer service helped resolve this issue promptly.
