Question:
Does this help with death wobble?
Answer: Never had death wobble. May want to inspect your ball joints, this bar is a necessity for bringing the axle back to center after installing a leveling kit....if one is not installed, the springs will bang in the frame due to the factory bar being maxed. -

Could this go shorter than the stock track bar?
Answer: Yes, by around less than or equal to an inch -

On a 2016 f350 with a 2.5" lift. What should the length of the track bar be?
Answer: No idea -
Question:
Will this work with the factory track bar ball joint and a 1.5" leveling kit?
Answer: I have this on my 11 f250, 1.5 leveling kitted truck, with a new moog ball joint, same size as factory. -
Question:
Will this fit a 2006 f250 with an 8 inch lift?
Answer: This Track Bar Kit is only good for lifted trucks up to 6-inches on Ford. -
Question:
What size is the inner diameter of the sleeve side that bolts to bracket? 20mm?
Answer: Never measured it. You re- use the factory bolt and nut, and they fit perfect. Had to use a press to get the bushing in though. Torque is 406 lbs. -
Question:
Do I need an alignment after installing it?
Answer: I did not do an alignment right away, but got new tires shortly thereafter. There needs to be a check between alignment between front and rear axle to make sure the axle track true.
