The Ikelite Underwater Housing for Olympus Tough TG-5TG-6 Camera is a strong casing with some fragile parts. It is the same housing for both the TG-5 and TG-6 and features two standard mounting screw spots on the bottom. Some customers found the controls a bit difficult to get used to, and the buttons were hard to push, lacking labeling. However, once accustomed to the controls, the housing was deemed excellent. Some users experienced issues with the spring for the shutter button, leading to a stiff and difficult-to-use button. While Ikelite provided replacements, the overall quality was questioned, with concerns about the durability of parts.
