It comes with a carrying case, extra USB cable for type C and offers good Construction quality. However, a customer had a negative experience with the product, stating that the initial set up failed, and the password set was not recognized. The customer reported the issue to customer support but didn't receive any response. On the other hand, other customers praised the product, stating that it was easy to use, well made, and that it meets their needs. A college professor said that it's the best investment in any computer product he's made in years, as it allows him to take his FERPA and HIPA protected data anywhere, knowing it's safe.
