Answer: I don't know, however, if you are a previous World Tour user, I would recommend not purchasing the new World Tour. The shoe is not what it was just a year ago. Sizes run small, inner sole is thin and they hurt your feet. -

Answer: I would say it is somewhat water resistant. On any rainy day, as long as you avoid puddles, your feet will probably be dry. It is certainly much better than a normal sneaker that may have open mesh. -
